The modular design of plant allows us to work within the limits your existing power supply. This approach allows for future upgrades or expansion without replacing your existing setup.

Our ethos Is that we are selling a mechanical franchise. Its not just the equipment, on site training and support are part of our package.

We have over 40 years of experience in producing pellets for the agricultural sector. Diversification is a necessity for the modern farmer, as is automation.

Most of our customers have an existing grain drying floor and are looking to utilise this asset further. Typically this will be for drying biomass for fuel or bedding products.

In most cases and our plant is so compact we can install our plant in an existing Atcost portal frame building. We carry out all survey and planning work in house. Generally the change of use falls with in permitted development, but we can carry out a full planning application if required.

Hydraulic Pioneers

We are specialists in hydraulic automation, innovating patent load sensing operation in difficult to pellet materials. Where possible we remove electric motors and provide motive power hydraulically. Hydraulic motors are suited to working in harsh environments with exceptional long life.

High torque at low speeds eliminate the need for bulky gearboxes and electric control systems. Precise speed control is achieved using electronically actuated valves.

Our patented mono-roller design is continuously cooled and lubricated by hydraulic oil. The oleodynamic system controls both the position and the pressure exerted upon the roller. A PCL control system monitors feedback from the roller and drive motor, making continuous adjustments to the feed rate for fill and forget operation
